I'm losing it!!!

I have a waist! I have Zumba to thank for this. I cant get enough of it. I am doing it 4 times a week, and loving it. I mix in Body combat and the gym floor in between, but mainly Zumba!!! I think, the exercise is really helping, as I am not putting any weight on, but i am not taking any off either. So, another plan of attack is needed. My thinking is, I need to focus on the food side of things! NO KIDDING!!!!! 
I'm thinking, stop altogether!! hahah Would make things a whole lot easier. But alas no, food must be eaten. The right food though. I write this as I just finish a chocolate biscuit! Need to knock that on the head. I'm going back to the old drawing board, and figuring out a new eating plan, I'll let you know what i come up with!!!!  I have a waist!!!!!! :)
